Hi Mariett, make a contact group for the Centralised AP Dept, and run the Aged Receivable Detail Report - filter for that contact group - you can then email the report to the Centralized AP Group. Hope this helps!

We have childcare centres that get their accounts paid by a centralised Accounts Payable Dept and they need one statement per month.

This would be really useful, for internal processes if we can check our client's statements grouped per manager portfolio rather than each manager individually selecting clients statements.

Yes!!!! This!!! Please can you add a function to allow statements to be sent to groups. This will be so so useful. The functionality would allow us to send to groups such as: EOM payers, 20th month payers and even have a group selection for accounts in query that we can deselect from the statement. This would make the process so much easier than having to deselect each of these contacts individually everytime we send a statement. If Xero could look into this idea - this would be amazing!!!

Disappointed to see that nearly 10 years later this option has not been implemented. Would save us a lot of time.

I already commented on this request but yes, as it is something that should have been sorted and should now be an option I decided to add another comment. Come on XERO, listen and respond please.

AGREED!! Yes, this is a must. Xero allows you to create Contact Groups - this I find very useful when creating Invoices but when you want to send Statements to a Contact Group this is not an option!!

We use contact groups for different categories of Clients, it is counter intuitive to have to manually select (or de-select) Clients just to be able to email statements!! CRITICAL - please fix!

Its crazy this isnt possible! I have to run an aged receivables by contact group and completely format a statement myself. Come on Xero, this should be easy to sort!

Crazy that this is not possible - filters would be easy here!
