Hi everyone, thanks for your input and joining the conversation on this idea. Bulk voiding bills is in the process of being released to all users. You can bulk void bills from the awaiting payments tab in Xero, selecting up to 200 bills at once 🎉

If a bill has had a payment applied to it you’ll need to remove this before it can be voided. Have a quick look over the video to see how this works. 😊

Hey everyone, really appreciate you sharing your experiences here and acknowledge the need for more of an update from us.

Totally get how the addition of a bulk void feature would save a lot of time and frustration, especially when dealing with duplicates or importing receipts as bills.

I’m pleased to share that our team is looking into this idea. However, they don’t have any dates planned on when they’ll develop a solution just yet. But to confirm, work’s moving along and we look forward to being able to share more.

Hi Marianne, just to confirm is this the ability to bulk void bills that have been approved?

Atm, it’s possible to bulk delete bills that have a draft status. 🙂 See my image below.
