Hubdoc - Purchase Order Field Extracted to Transaction Detail Window
I believe it would be of great help to extract the Purchase Order code from the invoice into hubdoc.
It is very important to create a simple path from the begging of creating a purchase order to finally paying for the product or service and having a way to connect it all together, I believe the purchase order number is a vital part of the process and can be referenced throughout the whole process.
Would be great to hear some feedback on this idea!

Hubdoc - Sort documents by file name
HUBDOC Sorting Alphabetical Feature needed PLEASE. Wishing to request an extra sort option under the "Sort by" button above the "Processing", "Review", "Failed", "Archived" tabs. Currently we have "Upload Date", "Bill Date", "Due Date" & "Amount" options. We create a statements folder for each month and when we're trying to check off the statements with whats in Xero report that is sorted by alphabetical order it would be practical. Hubdoc - Support Access to Multiple Xero Orgs
Enhance the App to allow persistence of multiple Organizations. Currently if you log into Xero with different credentials for different organizations, you can not do the same in the Hubdoc mobile app.
Instead, the lucky few who have admin access to one of their Hubdoc organizations can invite their username from the other organization. This workaround only works if you are an officer of both, as inviting external users is probably a no no for most organizations. Hubdoc - Extract & compare bank account information from invoice documents
I would like to request that HubDoc extract bank account and GST Numbers from uploaded invoices and compare the information to the information stored in the contact in formation in Xero.
Suppliers provide us with their bank account information on each invoice for payment, I'd like to make sure we know if they change their bank account information.

HubDoc - Align subscription to Xero subscriber
If a client switches to another accountant the transfer of the Xero subscription is straightforward. However the transfer of the HubDoc subscription is inordinately complicated. Can this be integrated so we are given the option to transfer the HubDoc subscription at the same time?
Related to this I have had multiple instances of clients ending up with two HubDoc subscriptions when we create one and they create one. Or a staff member creates one and then no one else in the practice has access. Is it feasible for only the Xero subscriber to be able to create a HubDoc subscription…

Hubdoc - Subfolders
It would be incredibly useful if there was the ability to create folders in HUBDOC to file published documents. This would make it easier to find any documents for the future as at present they are just in one longs list. For someone who heavily uses HUBDOC this list is never ending and almost impossibly to find documents that were uploaded historically.

HubDoc / Dropbox Intergration - Business Accounts
Dropbox integration needs to include business Dropbox accounts. HubDoc is used by Businesses so it would make sense for the integration to be with Dropbox business. Currently only works with Personal Accounts.

Hubdoc - Quick view of outstanding receipts
Simplified view of outstanding receipts that need to be processed to the accounting software ie numbers reflected in the top tabs.

Hubdoc | Add new contact - Details to populate from the invoice
When creating a new contact in Hubdoc for Xero, it would be great if there was an option to add the contact details (address, phone, email, tax ID, bank details, etc) right then. Hubdoc could read the information from the invoice and populate it on the spot rather than my having to remember who I added on the fly, go find the information again, and then manually type it all in myself.

Hubdoc - Automate receipt publishing rules
I have 19 rental properties with 19 separate AT&T internet bills monthly. There needs to be a method within Hubdoc to automate publishing each receipt to a uniqueTracking Category each month. Right now it is all manual and very time consuming.

Hubdoc - extract customer name for sales invoices
At the moment Hubdoc extracts supplier name only which makes it tricky to use for processing sales invoices as the customer has to be manually selected and has no default settings. If Hubdoc could also extract customer name, it would really help with AR processing.

Hubdoc - Ability to copy & paste document details into Xero
It would be good if you could copy and paste from a document in HUBDOC. Like you can from any pdf format document.
eg If I enter an invoice in HUBDOC it would be good if I could go back to it and copy and paste the bank details into Xero like you can from any pdf document.

Hubdoc - Auto add new suppliers when publishing documents to Xero
For new suppliers in Hubdoc, the supplier transaction in Hubdoc at the top should continue into the Xero configuration - if it is in the Hubdoc transaction section it should continue to the bottom section in the xero configuration rather than having to enter it as a new supplier in the Xero section. Also it would be easier if xero was just to add the new supplier automatically rather than having to select add new contact every time.

Hubdoc - Improve performance when generating lines with tax
1.Hubdoc can become very slow and mostly crashes when inputting the contact in the destination section.
Hubdoc also slows when you use 'extracted tax rate' and 'generate line items' the box that comes up to input the data takes a while and then trying to scroll on the document with this box Infront it takes a while too
I find that the when i generate line items I need to manually amend the tax rate on each line as its over calculated it by a few pennies and i am unable to do this

Hubdoc | Transaction Details - +Add Supplier to hold text that's already been typed (Like adding customer)
It's a small annoyance - but an annoyance all the same.
(mostly I am annoyed with myself for forgetting the two sections are different ;)In the Destinations section of Publish & Proceed - when you start typing in a Contact name if it doesn't yet exist you get the option to add as a new contact - and the beginning of the name you've typed staysa in the box. Then you finish typing it in and hit Create.
But above, in the Transaction Details section when the first letters don't pull up a known supplier, and you hit +Add…

Hubdoc - Convert Alberta Canada Bank(ATB) Statement
I would love to see Hubdoc Convert an ATB Statement. This is a Alberta Canada Bank but it is a very widely used bank by small businesses. This would be useful for any businesses/ accounting firms or bookkeepers in Alberta
