  2. BAS & IAS Filters.
    We would like to be able to setup filters to separate BAS's & IAS's that have the same due date.
    There is the option in the filter, tax type, to select 'Business Activity Statement' or 'Instalment Activity Statement', however, all Activity Statements are listed as tax type AS. We would like to be able to change the tax type to either be BAS or IAS.

  4. Ability to set the client branding theme in XPM to push across to Xero. This comes from the branding theme set at the client level not working as the firms default branding theme currently is applied to all invoices. By default it should use the branding theme against the clients contact record in Xero as we have set this up but not working as per bottom comment on this help article here: https://central.xero.com/s/article/Set-default-invoice-quote-templates

  6. Allow the ability to set timeframes to the the reporting currently on Xero HQ.

    For example to receive a quick overview of the bank reconciliations at the year end to see how much is to be reconciled and for what bank accounts.

  7. The tax return view/list can be significantly improved through:
    - the All tax return tab - ability to update the status from here. Currently, when we go to Lodge, we have to find the return in the All tab to determine what status it is at, then go to that specific status tab, find the return again, and update the status - this is really cumbersome, particularly when we are lodging numerous returns that are all set at different statuses.
    - the ability to see more fields/columns for each tax return to reduce the risk of lodging the incorrect return.…

  8. Enable use for non-Xero clients

  9. Would be great if there was a second "Refresh from Xero" button in Xero Workpapers when preparing the workpaper pack. Idea being that the button stays constant as you scroll down the page with a large volume of accounts. This saves having to scroll back up the top of the page and scroll back to the account you were working on.

  10. We would like to have the ability to either customise the Status fields in the Workpapers. Or alternatively have the client Group appear next to the Organisation Name on the main Workpapers page, so we can easily see the client groups.

  11. I would like to add to the Sort By options, to include Payment Status. When Bills are issued months in advance of the due payment date it's difficult to manually skim through and find them on the Hubdoc Docs list to check them off as paid. As some of our bills are paid via owner funds introduced, it becomes important to have a checklist of what's been processed and what hasn't.

  14. Recently, Hubdoc links have been appearing as lengthy, distracting hyperlinks in our documents and reports. It can be frustrating to encounter these long links, and it's time-consuming to manually remove them one by one.
    It would be great if This feature should be entirely optional, allowing users to activate or deactivate it according to their preferences.

  15. I would like to request that HubDoc extract bank account and GST Numbers from uploaded invoices and compare the information to the information stored in the contact in formation in Xero.

    Suppliers provide us with their bank account information on each invoice for payment, I'd like to make sure we know if they change their bank account information.

  16. All other access roles can be done from HQ, except for this one.

    Frustrating when this access has not been given to the staff member (overlooked) and staff member needs to create ABA file and cant.

    Hi Renea, I notice you added your idea here to Practice Manager, can I just confirm - Are you looking to search Client contacts within Practice Manager, or Contacts within an individual organisation? Thanks 

  18. No option to select 'File MTD VAT Return' in bulk for clients when setting up a new staff member in Xero HQ. After assigning the clients in bulk for a new staff member you have to then go into each client individually to give this permission.

  20. Currently the report's filters only available to filter thing that " contain " in the respective categories. Can you please also include the option "do not contain" - so that we could produce report to omit things that we would not wish to include. Thank you
