Contact name defaults to the Job Manager in Xero Tax Return
For the first year of using Xero Tax, as the returns are new and have not been rolled over from a prior year, the contact name defaults to the Job Manager in the Xero Tax Return. There should be an option to adjust the contact default across the practice so that the Tax Agent/Practice name appears on the tax return not the job manager. There are some clients who would be upset seeing an unfamiliar name on their tax return. At present, the only way to change the contact name showing on the tax return is to manually adjust each tax return.
