New Client Insights needs more filtering capability
The new Client Insights section, I clicked in today from the newsletter, would be good to be able to filter by Client Partner/Manager as we can currently see all clients in the practice with no ability to filter.

The insight tool will be key but it needs greater functionality and input from the practice owner. The categorisation on the status has three variables Balance out by, Oldest Rec and Unrec items. We need to be able to set the levels, as looking at my list pretty much all my clients are out of date, very out of date or unmaintained etc which just is not the case – I mean Behind has 2 unrec’d items and the oldest is 11 days old.
I would like the ability to set the second column on each table and then it would be great if you could weigh the three as I don’t see them as having an equal weighting.
I would also like an option to see the number of transactions – either last three months or trailing 12 months – this would help with pricing reviews. -

It would also be great to filter by active clients. All clients we have ever dealt with, are on the list.
Personally, I would prefer the Bank reconciliation status to say either how many unreconciled items there are, or the value of the unreconciled items. Unmaintained, out of date, out by very high percent are not very helpful when we only process clients monthly or even quarterly. Number of items at least gives us an idea of how much work needs to be done. -

I'd like to see a filter by client group as we are a specialist department and add our clients to a group just for our department.

Could we also have an ability to filter by the only the clients a person looks after? So you could see just the clients you work on and not practice wide.
