XPM - Prioritise Job List
In the job list screen, it would be great if you could either customise the "priority" so that jobs appear in the order that you need to complete them or if you could simply move them to the order that you would like to complete them in.

XPM - Report audit trail
Audit trail to see who has created / amended / deleted custom reports. We had a situation where a report was deleted and unable to identify who had inadvertently done this.

hide lines with balances under 1.00
Suggest that when printing Published accounts that any lines under 1.00 are hidden.
Example (as we don't print cents in our published reports).
If there say .46 left in an account , that line is not printed, As currently it will print with no amounts. and looks silly. (need to jnl the cents somewhere else to clear.1 vote -
XPM - Sample Reports Search
When using the report builder in XPM and going into the samples tab - there is a lot of reports and it can be quite overwhelming. Tags for types of reports / ways to search / filter the list would be a great addition for being able to work out the sample report that would be most beneficial to build out for my needs.

NZ Tax - Audit check to check IRD number
When completing a tax return in XPM, have the audit check feature check the IRD number for hyphens so it's in the correct format. If the number is entered with spaces instead of a hyphens, the audit check lets it pass, and throws an error when submitting.

Multiple practices under one Xero Practice Manager
One product idea for people working under multiple practices, would it be possible to have all the Xero tax functions included? Eg, Income tax, BAS, company return etc.
Similar to adding multiple clients under the practice, this would really help for people working under multiple practices.

WIP filter for specific staff who added time / cost
Would like to have the ability to not only filter by staff assigned to a job but the staff who have added the WIP to the job. ie. Show me all WIP added by staff member John Smith where it only shows the jobs that have WIP that has either come from their timesheets or they have added the costs to the job.

Business Name field in XPM
It'd be extremely helpful to have a field available for any type of client where a registered business name can be recorded, and if the business name is searched in the client list, the entity that the business name is recorded against shows up.
For example, if Joe Bloggs Pty Ltd owns the business name Bloggs Flowers, we could search for Bloggs Flowers in XPM and Joe Bloggs Pty Ltd would show up.

XPM - Importing costs which are marked non - billable
Hi it would be good if we could import some costs into XPM which are marked as Not billable (eg xero costs) so when doing the invoicing we don't have to untick all the boxes.

Practice Manager | Client - Ability to create recurring job
The ability to view/ create Reoccurring jobs within the individual Client. at the moment its a very different setup to create Reoccurring jobs.
Additionally the ability to convert a single job to a reoccurring job. Will make creating jobs much easier.13 votes -
XPM ATO Online Services - Income Tax Client Report - schedule this to automatically run
We leverage the Income Tax Client Report within XPM, and report on lodgements leveraging this data. It would be great if there was the ability to schedule the Tax Agent Request to the ATO for refreshed data - e.g. once per week, so that the reporting we have is automatically refreshed periodically and this doesn't rely on a person refreshing the data manually.
