  1. Ability to sort/filter the list so only jobs relevant to the staff member show, within the adding staff to jobs screen.

    Hi team, sorry we've taken a little to wind back here. As you may have found late last year we released a few enhancements to Job Manager so you can now filter your jobs by Staff, Manager, and Partner! 🙂

  2. Hubdoc doesn't recognise duplicate document uploads, this is an important feature that is common in all other document handling software I have used in the past. Please add this feature to enable us to utilise the auto publish feature with peace of mind that we won't end up with many duplicate supplier invoices in our accounts.

    We can now happily say this has since been released and you can start enjoying the benefits.

    You’ll notice that duplicate detection picks up on any documents that have been uploaded more than once. If a document has the same supplier, date and amount as a document already uploaded, Hubdoc will automatically highlight the duplicate and let you know that a dupe has been detected. You can then either move the dupe to the trash, or mark it as not a duplicate if it’s been uploaded again for good reason.

  4. Xero is great for our Business, the only thing missing is a DELIVERY NOTE!!!
    Can you please look into it, allowing us to create Delivery Notes once the job has been invoiced.

    We recently released the ability to create packing slips when printing with new invoicing. Check out our support article for more info!.

    Though this might not meet the exact criteria of every business, but it meets the core needs of customers that need a simple solution. If you're finding this doesn't work for you, check out our app store to see if there's any third parties that could help you out instead.

    As this feature already exists, I'll go ahead and mark this as delivered.

  5. Ability to make Hubdoc can run normally when there are more than 1,000 contacts in Xero.

    Purpose: It will improve the workflow of the user when they’re using Hubdoc, and they don’t have to merge/delete the contact in Xero.

    Hello community, we're pleased to let you know that our Hubdoc team has implement a fix that was causing slowness for those users with large Xero Contact lists, especially for those of you who have more than 1,000 contacts. So you'll notice a big improvement in Hubdoc speed now.

  6. The Document Packs needs a delete and resend function.

    The delete function is necessary when client cannot open a document sitting in their Xero portal. The client can't delete it. We can't delete it. If we could jump into Document Packs and delete and/or resend, just like we do in Xero Tax, it would save a lot of time and frustration for both accountant and client.

    The resend function is also necessary when a client doesn't receive the email asking them to sign a document. The work around whereby we have to phone the client and walk them through logging…
