I run a small food wholesale business and deliver to 30 stores per week. At each stop we determine what the store needs and what products are being returned as credits. Please let us create a reusable invoice in the Xero mobile app with our saved products and prices already as line items. The delivery driver could select the store, enter the quantities delivered, record credits and send the invoice to email or to mobile printer showing one net amount due. Right now the driver would have to add the same six products individually at every stop and cannot create and apply credits in the app. Both steps need to work on our phone for us to replace handwritten invoices. I've looked into apps that offer delivery invoicing and integrate with Xero but their monthly cost is beyond what our small business can afford.
