Review, Approve, and Freeze Time Entries Weekly
We are an engineering services organization, and we bill out to clients on a time and materials basis. Currently we are unable to freeze time entries on a week to week or month over month basis which allows personnel to modify time each week, and or shift time between overhead and projects. We need a method to review, approve, and freeze time on a weekly basis to ensure that billed amounts match time entries. We have had instances where we were asked a question from a client, pulled the time report and it was completely different from when it was originally run.
