Ability to choose to have the latest timesheet entry appearing at the top of the list in the timesheet view instead of at the bottom.

Agreed, they should also be able to be sorted the way you want then stay that way and there needs to be a save and next button to switch to the next timesheet without having to go back to the menu again.
And switch between staff like you can in payslips.
