XPM | Jobs - Ability to specify due date for recurring jobs
Being able to pick specific due dates for recurring jobs, rather than having to select per day/week/month. BAS & IAS due dates will be different depending on how many days in the month there are.

Better options for recurring jobs. Particularly the ability to set them to generate for BAS and IAS dates.
