NZ Tax - Include Rental schedule when filing return with IRD
IRD are asking us for details of our rental expenses - I would like the Residential and Commercial Rental schedules to accompany the tax return when filing with IRD - I can not imagine anyone wanting to do this manually.

I agree, having the schedules sent as an IR3R becomes much more convenient and prevents unnecessary issues with IRD.
A work around is some a filling in an IR10 instead calling it rental income and it agrees with the rental income so IRD are happy enough but this isn't exactly correct. -

I agree, IRD are also asking us for the rental expense details. I would like the rental schedule to be sent to IRD and conform to the IR3R.
