    Hi everyone, thank you for sharing how we could improve Xero Practice Manager for your use. We understand wanting to highlight important client information to make this more prominent and how it'd help your team stay aligned and provide the best possible service to your clients.

    Please know that your feedback has been shared with our product team. Right now, we're making improvements to centralise the experience across XPM and HQ, bringing clients under one umbrella with Xero Partner Hub.

    Atm we don't have direct plans for enabling the ability to highlight notes but we'll continue to review this as we keep developing this space.

    We appreciate your passion and your partnership in helping us build the best possible practice management solution, and will share if there are any updates.

    Hi everyone, we’ve taken time to review the suggestion to include custom fields for both invoices and contacts, and recognise the value it'd bring in helping users capture more detailed information and avoid manual processes.

    However, with other focuses drawing the teams attention such as multiple addresses this idea is not on our current development roadmap.

    As we continue to plan future roadmaps, being highly supported this idea will continue to be considered, however we want to be open about it's current position with you all here. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and for your ongoing participation in the Xero community. Any changes to this status will be shared with everyone on this idea.

    I'm adding my support to this thread - adding custom fields is an essential feature. I have had multiple clients from different industries decide to not use Xero for this reason. Invoicing is a mission-critical activity for any business - how short-sighted of Xero to ignore this highly demanded feature.

    Voucher should not show invoice line item information. For some clients, this extraneous detail is displaying information that may be sensitive, that should not be available to clerks handling cheques.
