I don't use hubdoc but do know that dext has the ability to import sales invoices to xero as i do it with one of my clients online sales.

Thanks for raising and supporting the idea here, community. Being open this isn't something we're looking to develop into Quotes for the time being. However, if needed you could have two branding themes, with a different Quote template: one for the quote itself, and one for a packing slip.
You could then edit the quote, and switch the branding theme to the one you want to send out.

Hi Xero admin,
I know for my client they won't invoice until the job is complete so being able to do a job sheet / picking sheet from the quote would really help. It could be several days / weeks before the job is ready to go. My client is currently having to manually transfer info from the quote to their job sheets for the team to use to complete the job. Then they use the quote to create an invoice. They don't want to raise an invoice for a job that is not completed and have that sitting on the ledgerAn error occurred while saving the comment Hannah Barnes

This would also be really helpful for us. to use a quote to generate a 'work order' for the team to work to but without pricing on. Just what my client would like to be able to do. It would help get the whole process from quote to invoice in one place.

Hi everyone, we've been tracking this idea for some years now and truly value all the feedback we've heard on the desire and time saving reducing the manual steps in reconciliation
would achieve. We completely get wanting to skip that extra ‘OK’ click when you trust the suggested matches.
We’re excited to share that this idea is now in development. At Xerocon this year we shared automated bank reconciliation - Using JAX to automatically match and categorise your bank transactions with your Xero transactions.😊
It's in beta already and being tested by a small group of users atm, and as soon as we have more to share on this rolling out wider I'll give you another update here. Thanks again for helping us shape the future of Xero!

Hey everyone, thanks for engaging with this idea about being able to attach PDF bank or credit card statements directly to reconciliation reports in Xero. We know this can help simplify the cross-check process.
Right now there is the ability to upload statements into the Files inbox where you could create a dedicated folder for these type of files. However we understand the limitation in that this doesn't link them to report as you'd like here.
Our product team are looking into possible ways to attach files within the banking space and how we might fit it into the reconciliation workflow. It’s early days, and we’ll share an update when there's more news.

Hi community, we understand the appetite surrounding this idea and how automation of customer statements could have a big impact on your efficiency and free up a lot of precious time to do more valuable tasks. As noted in my last update this has been high on our product teams radar and we wanted to let you know that we're now looking into how we might leverage Invoice reminders as a means to solve for needs in this idea.
Very early in the teams discovery at this point, but we'll share further updates with you here.

HI team, while it's not possible to include links to all outstanding invoices when sending a statement I did want to make sure you're aware of the option to include a link to Outstanding bills when emailing an invoice to customer.
From this link your customer will be able to see a total and the individual invoices they have outstanding to pay with you - more on this here

dext is an alternative to hubdoc from a different company. Not bundled in with xero like hubdoc is.
