An error occurred while saving the comment Alana Macklin commentedI totally agree and can't understand why this would not already be an option?! The work around to include a custom field is certainly not ideal.
Having recently converted from Handisoft to Xero XPM, it was a much more flexible system as there were any number of emails and/or phone numbers available to be included in the database.
There was also the option to select the preferred email and nominate it as the default which was very helpful too.This needs to be a high priority for Xero!

Hi everyone, we appreciate the continued interest in the timer in Practice Manager. As mentioned in my last update, work for a Pause option would require a lot of work, and it's not something we have plans for right now.
However, we understand this is important to our customers and when our team have more capacity we'll explore how we might develop solution for this.
We will keep let you know if there is any progression to share here.

An error occurred while saving the comment Alana Macklin commentedHaving our practice logo on each business pages, incorrectly holds out the business figures and business name to be part of our Practice as is all displayed under our logo.
To have draft watermark (as Handitax does) would assist to prevent drafted returns sent out for review being misused for finance or other purposes when not finalised, signed or paid.
