Hi everyone, we appreciate the support and feedback this idea has continued to receive, and the appetite for being able to add multiple addresses to a Clients record.
As you may have seen or read from our recent Xerocon announcement we have some exciting changes coming for our partners with Xero Partner Hub.
One of the big changes with this is unifying Client experiences and bringing them into one place - Meaning with Xero Partner Hub you'll have the ability to add multiple addresses for a client 😊

I totally agree and can't understand why this would not already be an option?! The work around to include a custom field is certainly not ideal.
Having recently converted from Handisoft to Xero XPM, it was a much more flexible system as there were any number of emails and/or phone numbers available to be included in the database.
There was also the option to select the preferred email and nominate it as the default which was very helpful too.This needs to be a high priority for Xero!

This is a must have, multiple email fields. So many clients have more than one email address for various reasons.

Thanks for sharing the details that'll help you better manage clients in your practice. With the new clients experience within Xero Partner Hub you'll soon have new client fields including the ability to enter multiple email and phone numbers so you'll have a place to record client mobile along with other contact numbers.
Xero Partner hub will be rolling out to partners in early 2026. You can register your interest for early access on our website now. We'll return to update when this is rolled out.

Who has a fax these days? Please change this field to be mobile or an additional email field, would be much more useful.

Handisoft has a F4 function that I used daily that provides the estimated tax for the current and next tax year, such a helpful tool to implement

Please show the balance/change due to amendment and the results of payable/refundable amount to be clearer for the client

I agree, this is quite a jumble of return status, would be very helpful to separate by tax agent and client to sign tabs

Hi everyone, we appreciate the continued interest in the timer in Practice Manager. As mentioned in my last update, work for a Pause option would require a lot of work, and it's not something we have plans for right now.
However, we understand this is important to our customers and when our team have more capacity we'll explore how we might develop solution for this.
We will keep let you know if there is any progression to share here.

Converting from Software that already has this, feel like a backward step. In an ideal world we would ONLY work on one client at a time, however with daily multiple business distractions, this is not the case.

Having our practice logo on each business pages, incorrectly holds out the business figures and business name to be part of our Practice as is all displayed under our logo.
To have draft watermark (as Handitax does) would assist to prevent drafted returns sent out for review being misused for finance or other purposes when not finalised, signed or paid.
