    Hi Francisca, would this be for a group of differing contacts? If so, and you've set up contact groups in Xero you could create an invoice for a contact group when needed. This can be done from the invoice list view (see image below) 

    To speed up the process further if you save the standard fees as non-tracked inventory items, you can easily select these items when creating these type of invoices.

    Bulk Invoice creation from standard job costs.
    To be able to mass create recharged cost invoices such as Xero fees or standard fees that are charge on a quarterly/monthly basis.
