This is critical for data security. Blue Xero has Assurance dashboard that shows what the last activity was and if there were any changes. There should be no reason why XPM doesn't have this also as all staff have access and changes need to have an audit trail.

Hi team, we get how searching across bank accounts would be useful when looking for a specific transaction.

While our product team have reviewed this idea, we don't have any plans for developing this capability in the short term.

That doesn’t mean it’s off the table, and we'll continue to assess the interest from community in this as we keep planning our roadmaps.

If things change we'll gladly share with you all here.

In the meantime, you can use the search in Xero and filter by bank transactions. It’s not a perfect solution, but it can help in some situations.

Hi everyone, thank you for sharing how we could improve Xero Practice Manager for your use. We understand wanting to highlight important client information to make this more prominent and how it'd help your team stay aligned and provide the best possible service to your clients.

Please know that your feedback has been shared with our product team. Right now, we're making improvements to centralise the experience across XPM and HQ, bringing clients under one umbrella with Xero Partner Hub.

Atm we don't have direct plans for enabling the ability to highlight notes but we'll continue to review this as we keep developing this space.

We appreciate your passion and your partnership in helping us build the best possible practice management solution, and will share if there are any updates.

This would be so useful with messy marriage breakups to highlight to all staff that look after the clients and give them a heads up.
Putting a note there if you're waiting for the client to call back with information reception could see notes and let them know who called and what was needed.

Appreciate wanting history for Xero Ask queries.

This was briefly looked into, however I do want to confirm that there are no plans for developing history for Xero Ask at this time.

We'll move the status of this idea back to submitted and continue to get a sense of the interest around this, here.

Hi everyone, we get how a 'pause' button would help when juggling multiple tasks, and avoid the need to stop and restart the timer. We want to be honest that there aren't any plans for developing a pause option within XPM. Our teams focus for the time being is on development of the unified practice experience that'll soon be released with the Xero Partner Hub. You can read more on this through our website.
