Only to allow Adviser the full invoice option settings. Standard users and invoice only users should not have the option to edit or void an invoice if the invoice was approved and send to client.

Thanks for the detail, Darren. While you could create a prepayment for the initial bond I can see how this wouldn't show as you need for the customer on their statement. I'll slightly update the title of your idea here but want to be open that this isn't something we have plans for atm. You may also want to join and follow any updates for this idea that would help with your flow of work.

Hi everyone, thanks for joining and supporting this idea.
We understand there are a few different use cases for why you'd like to attach a file to an asset within the Fixed Assets register, as well as transactions themselves.
To be upfront our team's current focus, like many areas of Xero, is on upgrading Fixed Asset technology, as we build greater consistency between Xero experiences, making it easier to learn and navigate Xero. Some of these changes may seem minor, but are critical in terms of delivering new and exciting value later on.
That being said, our team is researching what comes next and this is a focus because it is the most supported idea for Fixed Assets right now.
As we continue forming the future of Fixed Assets in Xero, we'll share if there’s any updates.

Hi community, we're excited to unveil some enhancements to your bank reconciliation experience in Xero! With our latest developments we're releasing the ability to effortlessly search and filter statement lines based on your preferred criteria, to give you ultimate control and efficiency.
When available to you it'll help save time clicking through pages as you can view more statement lines on your screen. 😊
For the time being, these updates are limited to each bank account so there’s still no way to search across all banks at once.
This is being rolled out to everyone over the next few weeks and I'll return to share when released to you all.

Would it be possible to group the line item on the output report? For example, we have clients that invoice 5-10 lines per invoice. The report reflects all the lines which makes the report unnecessary too long.
The VAT report needs to be summarized. Detailed information can be reviewed on the general ledger.
