Hello everyone, thanks for your engagement and feedback regarding using labels in Xero Expenses.
We are currently reviewing all of our product ideas as part of a wider project to streamline the status of our community support on Xero Product Ideas and wanted to provide you with an update about this idea.
After reviewing this idea and our product roadmap, this feature isn't currently on our immediate plans as our development teams are focused on other core improvements across the Xero platform.
The status has now been updated to Not In Pipeline. Our product team will continue to monitor this idea and we’ll let you know if anything changes.

Hi everyone, thanks for the idea and support here. We appreciate all the valuable feedback and ideas shared regarding the ability to split batch payments when reconciling, and understand it currently takes extra steps to reconcile when a single invoice among a batch has been paid, or when there are multiple payments to the same entity for different invoices.
Being transparent, we don’t have direct plans for making this change within the foreseeable future but if anything changes in this space, we’ll update you on this idea!An error occurred while saving the comment Sabrina Pernas

not being able to reconcile a batch payment in Xero with several lines of a bank statement is UNACCEPTABLE. How is it possible we can match several transaction in Xero with one bank statement line but not the other way round. I makes NO SENSE AT ALL. This is definitely a NO GO for Xero. Others Like quickbooks or zoho books are able to do so

Thank community, we appreciate all your involvement on this idea. We understand the ability to bulk export or print attached files would be a huge time-saver, especially for year-end audits, client communication, and general record-keeping.
We’ve evaluated the complexity of this feature against other priorities on our roadmap. Atm, this isn't in our plans however we'd like to explore bulk downloading of files from Xero in the longer term. I'll share an update when we're able to give more attention to this, here.
For the meantime if this is essential for you right now, you may like to explore third-party integrations through our Xero app store which could meet your needs here.

why would you have the Payroll admin option for each user if then ANYONE with access to the report can see the payroll of everyone? it makes no sense AT ALLL
