    Hi community, thanks for sharing your continued interest here. We appreciate the importance of having assurance that mail you send from Xero is being received, and that being able to send from your own company email would increase confidence in this process.

    I can confirm this idea has been continually reviewed by our product teams, and being able to send from your own company email is on their radar. Currently there are other priorities, and platform work that requires their attention, before they can consider this more deeply.

    When there is opportunity to pick this up, I will share any news with you all here.

    Ideas page is a waste of time. Consumers never listened to, never prioritised and never actioned. Don't waste your time. It will never happen.

    This is causing our business major issues as well with Suppliers. It is a critical function. The reports to show credit notes are also not helpful. We have a massive amount of credit notes every month. Xero's abilities in development have been a failure over the years. In the beginning the software was't too bad, but everytime some software engineer has to justify their job, I just die a little inside. This software has not been designed to assist larger businesses. If they really cared about their customers (us) they would make the changes we request and take the time to ask us what we require to run a business. Time to explore other options. Completely fed up now and hate everything about Xero.

    Hi everyone, we understand you'd like more consistency in the documents you send from Xero and appreciate all your feedback on Remittance customisation here. While we have longer terms intentions to improve branding across Xero, this is not roadmapped for development at present.

    We'll continue to stay connected to the idea here and engage to share when there is opportunity to develop in this space.
