    Not a capture all but maybe a step in the right direction for now that could help, Maureen - Smart Lists could help you get a view of the customers that you've not sold items to recently. 

    You could run a New Smart List to view Any customers who have Not Purchased Any items In the last year - Find out more on Smart lists here.

    Thanks for the recent feedback here, team. This helps when sharing back with our product team. I've slightly amended the title of your idea.

    We don't have any immediate plans for changing the current base results are pulled but we'll keep an eye on the interest here and I'll be sure to update you if there's any news.

    Hi community, we'd like to confirm that enabling phone numbers to be stored against additional people within a contact record is not something we have plans to develop at this time. This may be a function we look to explore in the long-term so we're still interested to get a clearer understanding of users that'd like to see this developed, and will continue to track this through the conversation here. If there's any change we will let you know on on this idea.
