Hi everyone, we're really grateful for your insight into how you use and apply sales tax when trading with customers. Our team have found this very valuable as we continue to develop auto sales tax across other areas of Xero.
With that in mind, our team have been working on auto sales tax within quotes and would love to get your feedback on it. Hi community, we recognise our customers find the option of whether to include a PDF when sending invoices today useful and thank you for you feedback on why you'd also like to see this reflected in Quotes. Our team are considering this for a future opportunity in Quotes and I want to assure you they are well aware of the idea for this here. However, we want to be upfront that we don't have any direct work planned for this right now. We will be sure to share any updates or progress when it comes, with you all here.

Hi team, we're pleased to share that we've released some more features, enabling more users to pay suppliers without logging into your bank!
For our UK customers we've made paying overseas suppliers easier with international bill payments.
Using open banking, you can now securely send money to 180+ countries including Europe (EUR), America (USD) and Australia (AUD). So you don't have to juggle multiple platforms or hidden fees. Whether you're paying a single bill or multiple bills at once, authorise payments prepared by your team and easily track which suppliers have been paid.
We've also launched bill payments in Xero for customers in the US, powered by BILL.

Hey everyone, we've seen all your votes and comments, and we totally get it – not being able to schedule one-off invoices or pick specific send times is a real pain point. Your feedback makes it clear how much time it costs you and how it can affect your client relationships.
Right now, repeat invoice templates go some way to providing some automation. But we know that's not quite what you're asking for when it comes to those one-off invoices or more precise timing for all your emails.
The good news is, our product team is digging in to the work that'd be needed to develop a solution, and figuring out the best way to make this happen. While we can't give any promises just yet, please know that your feedback is a huge part of this discovery process. Keep those comments and votes coming!

how hard is it to add a function to the invoice to be able to schedule the email for future date. Gmail does it.

Thanks for your expressions and feedback in a bulk download or print facility for Files (either from the Files library or at an individual transaction level)
We know that bulk operations can be handy, however at this time we have no plans to develop this functionality. We know it might seem like a small feat, however often even small change is more tightly woven and intricate to solve beneath the surface.
While we understand this must be frustrating to hear, we’re currently focused on making improvements in other areas of Xero and are unable to prioritise a bulk download or print feature right now.
However, in situations like these there are often connected apps through the Xero App Store that may be able to assist. We appreciate and will revise solutions that could fulfil needs in this space, but want to be honest this isn’t something we have plans for…Ana Labosky

Hi team, wanting to provide an update to you here, we want you to know we understand the efficiency more users would like to have in being able to automate the creation of the Xero subscription invoice inside their Xero org.
To highlight from my last update for UK users this is possible with eInvoicing through the online invoice (My Bills page).
This is still something we're interested in developing in more regions however isn't planned in our roadmap just yet.
When resource opens up for us to be able to pick this work up we will share an update with you all on this here. Thanks for staying engaged and supporting in this idea.
