    Thanks so much for jumping in and sharing your thoughts on this, community. We really appreciate you taking the time to explain how improvements to Hubdoc's data extraction would help you.

    We see how extracting more detail could help cut down manual data entry, and it's worth highlighting that since this idea was started we've added a few enhancements that may have solved the needs for some in this idea;

    • Upload in Bills - you can now drag & drop or upload bills directly to your Xero organisation which could save you an extra step not having to publish 
    • Credit note detection - Hubdoc can now detect when publishing a Credit Note and will get you to review the document
    • Improved the accuracy of the supplier

    We need this ASAP. I already asked Vic.AI, but they want too much money for an implementation.

    Hi team, we appreciate the on-going support and feedback we're receiving on this idea and pleased to be able to share this update. Our product team are actively exploring how we can best solve for the needs raised here, although at this time are unable to provide any set timeframes.

    They are very much aware of the appetite from our community on this, and as part of their exploration have reached out some users here as they gather insights.

    For the time being we'll shift to In discovery and I'll return as soon as there is more on this to share.

    So this is really needed ASAP. All my invoices are all going to SPAM. Is Xero going to reimburse for the addl. time spent?

    I found that the issue is, that if it's posted via, for example HubDoc, the user does not really show. It's marked "System Generated" :/
