    Hi everyone, thanks again for all the feedback we’ve received about this flow here. Our team has taken this on board.

    It’s worth highlighting that the pop up window that shows for every payment is part of the payment flow to determine how you’d like to process the payment - You can choose to pay by online bill payments or manual payment. We want to be upfront that we don’t have any plans to permanently remove this flow.

    However, based on feedback the team has added a selection to the modal in the screenshot here ”‘Don’t show again” to return to the original experience when it's possible to continue with manual batch domestic payments.

    If you check this option you’ll be taken back through the older payments flow the next time you go to make a payment of this kind.

    Please get rid of this pop-up. We know you are trying to sell a service and different Xero businesses have different reasons for wanting / not wanting this service but to have it thrust in your face and needing to manually dismiss it every single time is ridiculous. Xero you are better than this! You shouldn't need to buzz around me like an annoying fly to sell your service - I'm invested in it already; I just don't want to use this functionality at this time.

    Hi Imogen, thanks for sharing your thoughts on multicurrency bank revaluations. We understand how having FX differences automatically assigned to tracking categories doesn’t always fit your workflow.

    This idea has been moved to Gaining support, so the community can vote and share their experiences. Adding a bit more about why this change would help in your workflow can help others see the value and give the product team context.

    Hi everyone, thanks for all of your engagement with this idea. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on being able to claim previous year's employment allowances in Xero.

    We understand this would save time and provide a more complete payroll solution.

    As noted by others in this thread, the current workaround is to process prior year claims using HMRC's Basic PAYE Tools.

    We've reviewed our upcoming development roadmap, and at this time building the functionality to process prior year Employment Allowance claims is not in our immediate pipeline.

    We will keep this idea under consideration for future development, and should our plans change, we will provide an update here.
