Thanks for sharing your idea, and letting us know the changes that matter most for you. We can appreciate the ability to view all uncoded account transactions on one report instead of having to go through each account. We're moving this idea to gain more support from the community. You may share this idea with your friends and colleagues who may also want to see these changes in Xero.

Thanks for starting this idea! Did you see last week that our Product Team released an update that helps speed things up on Xero Me Mobile? They’ve enabled the ability to copy previous time entries in start-end timesheets on a per day basis. To do this, enter your time entries as usual for the first day in your timesheet, and then select the “copy from [date]” option when adding a new time entry for a consecutive day.
The team are interested in further exploring improvements in this area, but at this stage there are no firm plans to progress this idea. They’ve got their eyes on the ground though - closely monitoring your ideas, votes and comments.Johanna Park

Hi team, we appreciate wanting to hear updates from us here.
Over the past year our team has been doing a lot of behind the scenes work for Files in Xero. We've released a new experience to our Files inbox, and while sub folders/files haven't made their way into the new experience just yet, I want to assure you our product team are aware of the vested interest here and how this could enhance your ability to organise and work with Files in Xero.
This continues to be a feature our product team are interested to explore longer term. While we'll move the idea to Accepted for now, we'll make sure to share any work and updates that could add benefit to your workflows with you all, here.

I would love to be able to select multiple bank accounts, rather than one or all. It is so embarrassing to send a report to a client where most of the accounts have "there are no statement lines to code for this period" or having to send multiple reports where there is only one line that needs coding per page.
