AU Payroll - Hide Leave Balances on payslip for selected employees
It would be good if you could hide leave balances on individual employee payslips. The hide/show leave balances on payslips is a global setting applying to all employees. For example, employee moved from part time to casual and had leave balances zeroed out, or hiding Long Service leave from employees that are accruing but not yet eligible.
It's been a little while since you raised this case, so just touching base to give you an update.

This would be handy for when you have employees who rarely take sick leave vs employees who continuously take sick leave.

I totally agree with Jeff Gillies - employees change employment status. Leave types shouldn't be able to be viewed it these don't apply. It is confusing to an employee who doesn't completely understand. See's annual leave with a 0.00 balance on the payslip. Then wants to know why they haven't any hours.

LSL only to show on payslip if eligible to take - give us the option to show it on an employee by employee basis

I would like to be able to select only certain employees and add LSL balances on their payslips rather than everyone in the organisation.
My point is, when we set a new employee we started calculating their LSL from day one but we do not necessarily want them to see the balances until they reach 5 or 10 year mark working for the company.
In this case, calculation of LSL is accurate as in 10 years times hours of employees can change btw full time/part time and so on.
I would appreciate an option to select individual employees to display their LSL balances once they reach the right time on their payslips.Thank you.
