Hi everyone, thank you for feeding back and sharing with us through the idea here. We appreciate why you'd like to see automated mileage tracking developed within Xero expenses.
While our team have a keen eye on the idea and interest in exploring this in the future we want to be open that resources are across other important work atm and there are no plans to develop this, this year.
We'll continue to track the interest and keep you updated of any change for this through the idea, here.

Hi everyone, further to our last post I wanted to provide another update for our US customers as we now have a bill payments solution powered by Melio! As previously shared in the UK customers can now pay overseas suppliers easier with international bill payments, saving the need to use multiple platforms and savings in fees. Whether you're paying a single bill or multiple bills at once.

I would like to see a feature allowing my client to pay her contractors through direct deposit. She is currently using this simple feature in QBO. Once her contractor is set up with a W-9, she just enters the bank information and pays them bi-weekly with the click of a button. I am hoping to migrate her to Xero soon, but this is a sticking point for her along with one other feature that is not available in Xero yet - tracking mileage without the need for a 3rd party app.

Agreed! I have a client that I would like to migrate to Xero from QBO and she is almost ready but without this feature for herself and her contractors, she is not able to do so. Please add this simple feature! My client depends on it! Then she will be ready to migrate!
