Hi team, to get a better understanding of exactly where you're wanting to see these columns can I confirm - would it be the Budget Summary report you're wanting to see this?
If so, right you could adjust the period option to 12 months for an annual view or 3 months for a quarterly view.

Hi everyone, we really appreciate the sentiment and engagement on the idea of being able to forecast leave balances.
We know this feature could make planning ahead and managing leave approvals much easier, but at this stage it’s not something we’re planning to develop in the near term, so we’ll be moving it to 'Not in pipeline'.
We’ll continue to keep an eye on how this idea trends in the community and will leave it open for voting. If our plans change, we’ll share an update here.

Yes! Team members also want to be able to plan for future breaks and this would help them to know what they would have available by a future date.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your thoughts on this! With Payday Super legislation now active, superannuation contributions align directly with regular pay runs. Because of this shift to real-time processing, quarterly due date reminders are no longer necessary.
To assist with compliance under the new legislation, we have added reminder prompts directly to the super payment page to highlight which accruals are at risk of being late.
As a result, we won't be moving forward with quarterly reminder updates for this request. We really appreciate everyone’s feedback on this topic, please continue to share your ideas on how we can keep improving your Xero experience!

It would also be helpful if the reminder could then stop, once the system knows Superannuation batch has been completed for that relevant period. Receiving a reminder that it's due, after having already processed it, can give the impression that it hasn't been done, or hasn't been done correctly,

Thanks for your feedback about setting working days for part-time employees, everyone.
We’re pleased to share that working patterns are now in development, with the first release planned for later this year.
You’ll be able to set a one-week work pattern for each employee, which will automatically be used for leave and public holiday calculations in the pay run. For this first release, you’ll still need to update the employee’s pay template separately to reflect their standard working hours.
We plan to build on this by connecting working patterns with standard hours in the pay run and supporting a broader range of working patterns. We’ll share another update as the release gets closer.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your feedback on the needs for leave approvers to view upcoming leave for their team. We appreciate you highlighting how important it is to have better oversight of team leave without needing full payroll access.
Our product team is looking into how this idea may fit into a wider review of team management in AU payroll. This is in the early stages of review so not currently on the team’s roadmap, but we'll keep you updated as we learn more.

Hi Kelly, It is the Budget Summary Report in which we would like to be able to see the 12 months in one spreadsheet as well as the Total year at the end. At the moment you can only generate the individual 12 months. Or the total year. We need to be able to view both in the one report.
