Hi community, as mentioned in my last post we want to keep you looped in on changes around autosave.
Our product team has continued to focus attention on how we can make invoicing faster and more responsive to improve our customers' experience.
We've now optimised autosave to require less processing power, leading to faster invoice loading and saving.
While we don't have any plans to remove autosave, there is the possibility that we would make updates to improve experiences related to autosave in the future - I've provided links below to ideas that have been raised and remain open for consideration;
- Invoicing - Undo/revert to previous version of an invoice
- Exclude Auto Save from History and Notes
- Invoices - Add invoice number when invoice is Approved
Thanks again for all your feedback and sharing with us in the forums here.

Thanks for all your input and sharing the needs in seeing awaiting approval invoices and bills from the Dashboard.
We'll soon be rolling out our new Homepage experience. The team have put a lot of work into designing the new widgets with our customers front of mind.
Within the new Tasks widget you'll be able to get a quick snap of invoices (and bills) awaiting approval, and from the 'Invoices owed to you', and 'Bills to pay' widgets you can get a quick understanding of the # of invoices or bills awaiting approval and amounts associated to them.
Try it out in the demo company now and I'll be back to share when it's fully released 😊

The Bills 'Awaiting Approval' don't show up on the dashboard which is really significant. Why would you show draft bills but not ones sent through for approval? Seems like a big mistake in Xero. Please fix this so that the bills awaiting approval also show on the dashboard.

Thank you all for your engagement with this idea to enable export options for the Short-Term Cash Flow projection in Xero Analytics Plus. We recognise that the STCF report is a useful tool for many of you and that exporting would allow you to share this report which is important in a number of different scenarios.
It is worth noting that for users accessing Xero Analytics powered by Syft, the cash flow report can be exported in a variety of formats. If you haven’t checked this out yet, you can find more information here - Xero Analytics powered by Syft
After carefully reviewing the current development roadmap, we have determined that this request will not be addressed in the immediate future. Therefore, we are changing the status of this idea to Not in the pipeline. However, the idea will remain open for votes so we can continue to monitor community…

It looks like people have been asking for the cash flow projection to be able to be exported to a pdf or excel, however Xero aren't listening? Is this something that will be available in the near future? The report is helpful, but without being able to export, seems silly. Not very professional to have to cut and past it in to a document to send to management.

Totally agree with Tara.
We need to be able to select the hours rather then day, as part time employees hours are being spread over 5 days when they may not work that many.
100% agree with this
