it would be great if the next and previous buttons for moving between pages of the bank statement were available at the top of the screen, not just the bottom. this would also be useful on the reconcile screen. you have extended the number of lines that are visible, so rather than having to keep scrolling back to the bottom of the page before the next or previous page can be selected, please just add the buttons at the top of the screen too. thanks for the search facility on reconcile though, that's brilliant!

Hi community, we acknowledge the strong feelings in this idea and why you need a feature to flag bills directly within Xero. We really appreciate all your feedback and the detailed explanations of how this would help streamline your accounts payable.
We are dedicated to providing a solution for this over the longer term, but this will take some time requiring changes that sit beneath the face of bills.
In lieu of a direct feature for this we wanted to highlight some of the options discussed by the community here:
- Add a note to the bill: A detailed note on the bill itself can serve as a clear internal reminder of the dispute.
- Utilise tracking categories: Creating a specific tracking category like "Disputed Bills" can help you filter and report on these items.
- Adjust the due date: Temporarily extending the due date can prevent accidental payment while the dispute is…

To be able to flag and add a note (for reminder purposes, eg need to query...) a purchase invoice sitting in drafts or awaiting payment, would be very useful. For comparison, Dext prepare allows you to do this.

Thanks for sharing with us here, everyone. We appreciate there are many improvements our customers would like to see to improve their workflows for setting up invoice themes for their customers. We do have a product team that have been focused on improvements to simplify and enhance the look of branding applied to your invoices. Being upfront this doesn't stretch to adding invoice reminders at the branding theme level for the time being.
We're continuing to watch and stay tuned to the ideas we have around this in our community and if there are any changes to share we'll post an update for you all, here.

it would be great to be able to choose which branding would be applied to an invoice reminder, instead of xero just defaulting to the first one in the list
completely agree with comments below. this change to the file system is a backward step. it was so convenient to be able to drag and drop email attachments into the file folder. Now I am not even able to drag into the inbox. the user should be in control of where the folders are, whether in the inbox or archive and have the freedom to move around as needed. i really do not want to have to save an attachment to my pc, then upload the document to files. I am trying to reduce the amount of docs saved on the pc. this change has created extra work and changed a really handy tool into something that is clunky and not user friendly.
