Hi team, we appreciate the engagement through this idea about managing staff access.
To provide an update on how this currently works with the new unified staff and client experiences - When removing a staff member from your practice, the following organisation access is also removed:
- Linked to active clients
- Linked to archived clients
- Owned by the practice
We're also looking into further enhancements to this flow to make the removal of org access optional. I'll share another update to confirm once this is implemented. Thanks

Hi everyone, it's great to have the insights from your support and comments here. We understand how sending overdue statements would help in cashflows and reduce steps in following up on the most important payments from customers.
We appreciate the needs you've shared and want you to know this is high on our teams radar. While it's not on the roadmap just yet, this is something we'd like to address and the team have done some initial discovery of.

Would like Xero to consider a feature where you can omit certain invoices from a customer statement. In our situation we have NIL invoices for reporting and WIP Washup purposes for 3rd Party Platforms and these are for internal use only and no need for client to see them.

It would be very helpful being able to extract this information in a CSV file of all staff that has access to clients files and what permissions they have. It's not efficient use of our time to have to extract this information manually for reporting etc
