Hi everyone, we appreciate the number of users that'd like to see more mechanisms to assign and control who approves specific employee's claims.
Our product teams have a close eye on this idea, and while this feature is not in the roadmap atm, they'll keep reviewing this as they continue to plan and prioritise work for Expenses. So, if there us any shift in status we'll share an update to keep you all informed on the idea, here.

Our organisation has recently implemented expense claims. Our staff have also raised the issue they would expect to be able to load multiple receipts on the app. I hope this can be resolved soon.

Hi everyone, we appreciate the support we've received through this idea. Without beating around the bush we don't have any short term plans for enabling the import of spend and receive money transactions. This may be something we look into further down the track so we'll continue to track and review the idea here.
For Xero Partners you could look to use the Conversion toolbox to import bank transactions for your clients.

I would like to take an excel spreadsheet and import it into the spending lines. Given the required format that I could adjust to, this would take away so much manual labour.

I support everyone's comments here. I find this unbelievable that this cannot be done. A feature should be added where one can select all suppliers or contacts and hit an email button to send off the message to all. It can 't be that difficult surely.
Our Organisation is also in the situation where we require approvers to only be approving those expenses within their team. It is not good that every approver can see everyone's claims. This is critical.
