Xero Expenses - Multiple images per expense claim
Xero Expenses - In multicurrency expenses there is currently no ability to add more than one image/PDF to an expenses claim.
We have many employees who travel for long periods of time or for certain jobs and need to be able to submit one large expense claim with multiple line items and also provide a photo/PDF of receipts for each of these items. But currently you can only upload one image per expense claim.
On top of this there is no ability to set a different currency as the default currency for specifics employees which would be a helpful feature for saving time.

If I have 5 expenses and I will create a claim of these 5 expenses together I will only be able to upload 1 receipt but I MUST upload ALL of the receipts. I dont understand why the app let me insert all expenses in one single claim but does not allow me to upload all of the receipts for every single expense. doesnt really make sense to me. It needs to fixed urgently

This needs to be fixed now. Considering we are paying for the privilege of using the new expenses function in Xero, when classic expense claims were free, we need to be able to upload multiple files per expense claim. Could you please advise if this is being looked into and when it will be fixed.

This is the exact same issue for my company. Brokers travel a lot and get receipts in lots of different currencies. Also, in your classic system we always used to include screen shots from back accounts showing conversion charges etc to show what the actual cost was for each expense.
It's super frustrating that the new Xero expenses system is a downgrade from the last one.

This is very critical and urgent, I find the new version of expense claim unhelpful and time consuming. I makes work difficult where several receipts relates to one block payment.

We have the same problem, it would make things so much easier for our employees to be able to attach multiple files/images per claim especially as they travel a lot and would have multiple screenshots of fx payments and bank transactions.

It would be really helpful as some suppliers issue an invoice but not a receipt, so I want to add the snapshot of the payment as evidence that is has been paid

We also have the same problem and it is creating a huge amount of unnecessary extra work for our staff and accounting department.
I use Xero in 3 countries. Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong. This is only a problem in Japan. In the other 2 countries, my staff can attach multiple images per expense claim. I have no idea why the Japan Xero is prohibiting this. It is extremely frustrating.

It would be really useful to be able to attach more than one receipt to an expense claim through xerome. Most of our claims come with multiple receipts
