⭐ Thanks so much for taking the time to share this idea in so much detail. The examples and use cases you’ve included do a great job of showing why more flexible repeating invoice schedules would make a real difference for businesses managing recurring and occasional charges.
This is an area that is continuing to gain support. The need for more flexibility, less manual admin, and better support for real-world billing arrangements is something we know matters to customers, and feedback like this helps reinforce that.
While I can’t make any specific promises on timing or delivery here, please know this idea is valuable and the level of detail you’ve provided genuinely helps inform those conversations. Thanks again for sharing it and helping highlight an important pain point.

Being able to make changes to repeating invoices without having to manually adjust them is absolutely critical to my business.
One of my suppliers increases their fees annually in July and I have no alternative but to manually edit 500+ repeating invoices.
What has been proposed above by Daniel would be fantastic.
Even being able to carry out a simple export and import with the changes would be amazing.I'm aware that many users have raised this as a problem for quite sometime and it would be greatly appreciated if this could be addressed and a solution found asap.

Hi team, we totally get how bulk updating amounts on repeating invoices would help speed up the process and accuracy in amounts going out for regular customer sales.
Our product team is beginning to explore repeating invoices and the future of how we support these type of regular transactions. As part of this they're carefully considering popular ideas that have been raised by our community. We’ll come back to share further updates, once they’ve got a good handle on where this works stems.

Hi everyone, we appreciate that as eInvoicing is adopted by more regions and businesses the appetite for supporting eInvoicing across more of Xero’s features is growing.
Over the coming months our product team will be looking into updates to Xero’s repeat invoices templates and support for eInvoicing within these is something that's on our teams radar. When we get to picking this up and being able to explore this deeper, we’ll keep you updated and share if there are any opportunities to bring you into our discovery.

Thank you for providing an update Davina. It is great to know that this is being addressed & I remain hopeful that a solution is offered sooner rather than later.
Further to my previous comment, I am currently in the throes of amending my recurring invoicing in order to address a supplier price rise.
Please, please, please keep this matter high on the agenda as my client base is increasing and I simply dread this time of year due to the manual work load that is involved.
