Hi community, we value your engagement in product ideas here. As you may have seen we've recently rolled out a new send experience in new invoicing.
With this new side-by-side view you'll find you can also CC and BCC other emails 🎉
While this feature is contained to new invoicing atm, we'll look at applying a similar experience to other areas of Xero that you can send from in the future, so we'll keep you updated of any further developments for this here. Thanks!

From my point of view, we need a placeholder for date so that we can add-subtract and provide a range in the invoice for the servicing period.
Example : Weekly invoices need a placeholder in the description saying for which week this is being invoiced for. Giving a week number is fruitless as no one in the payment team will understand this. They need a range like 04 Nov 2024 to 08 Nov 2024 or 04/11/2024 - 8/11/2024 or 4-8 Nov 2024 -

Hi community, we understand there are differing needs in this idea for why you’d like a separate posting date alongside the invoice or bill date. Whether it’s for reporting, compliance, or just a more accurate view of when things happened.
While this has been carefully considered, we want to be transparent with everyone here, that this is not something we have plans for developing in the near term.
We know given the interest in this that this is not the update you’re hoping for, and please know that we’ll continue to track votes this idea receives for future consideration. We’ll keep you posted if things change down the line.

Hi everyone, we appreciate the interest in being able to add dates to individual lines of an invoice. Currently our team are focused on improvements to new invoicing and we want to be upfront we don't have any plans for adding a date column to the details grid within an invoice atm.
Right now if you do require dates for individual line items we'd recommend adding these within the Description field of the line.
We will continue to review this as we continue to evolve the product. If there are any updates or changes, we'll share this all with you through the idea here. Thanks

Just adding CC without ability to automate who can be added from the list of the contacts in poinless.
Need ability to specify who from the contact list can be added in the CC for repeating invoices and the reminders
