    We have clients who work with suppliers and customers from China, and some of these companies only have their registered company names in Chinese.

    Currently, when Chinese characters are used in fields such as the contact/company name, they may not display properly when the invoice, purchase order or other document is generated as a PDF.

    It would be very helpful if Xero could provide full support for Chinese characters in PDF templates and generated documents.

    This would allow businesses dealing with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers to display the correct legal/company names on invoices, purchase orders and other documents without needing to use an English name or workaround.

    We hope Xero can consider improving Chinese font and character support for PDF documents in a future update.

    Currently, Xero allows a maximum of 30 characters for the Item Code / SKU field.

    We have a client who is evaluating Xero, but some of their existing product codes are up to 32 characters. As these product codes are already being used in their current system and business operations, shortening or changing them may not be practical.

    It would be very helpful if Xero could increase the Item Code / SKU character limit, ideally to at least 50 characters, to better support businesses with longer product codes and make system migration easier.

    We hope Xero can consider this enhancement in a future update.

    Hi team, just wanting to make sure we understand the idea correctly here. When you'd like a payment voucher - would this be for accounts payable or receivable?

    On the payables side, perhaps purchases orders could facilitate the record of this in Xero, and you can upload attachments to keep track of files related to a voucher. Alternatively, for accounts receivable, quotes maybe able to support what you're in need of here.
