Thanks for sharing with us here in Product Ideas, everyone.
We're working on modernising the client record user interface(UI) and your idea here is being worked into this change.
We'll first be making this available to our UK practices, with the aim of eventually expanding this to all regions. I'll be back to confirm as this starts to roll and give more detail of the change.

Hi everyone, we appreciate your involvement and sharing the different aspects of activity on clients history that'd be useful, and how this'd help your workflows. While we do believe this to be a valuable feature, that we may look to develop in the future, this isn't something we've been able to prioritise against other work right now. We'll continue to keep tracking and review this idea. If there is any change that'll impact you here we'll let you know.

This should have already been a feature and I can't believe it's been over 2 years and nothing has been done about it. Can't be that hard to allow us to change it. It's causes chaos when both the Client Manager and Job manager are called the same in a report!
