Hi everyone, we appreciate the input that you’ve all contributed to this idea, and understand the extra work coding a bank transaction to the wrong account can create.
To be upfront, this idea is currently Not in the pipeline. While we see the value this feature can bring, it's not something the product team is actively working on or planning in the near future.
In the meantime, the current workflow using the Remove & Redo feature allows you to delete the transaction from the incorrect bank account and re-enter it in the correct one.
We know this isn’t ideal, but it’s the most reliable option for now.
We’ll continue to monitor votes on this idea. Your support helps us better understand where improvements are most needed.

Hi everyone, we appreciate the support we've received through this idea. Without beating around the bush we don't have any short term plans for enabling the import of spend and receive money transactions. This may be something we look into further down the track so we'll continue to track and review the idea here.
For Xero Partners you could look to use the Conversion toolbox to import bank transactions for your clients.

Hi team, we appreciate the interest from you all in this idea and sharing how this feature would be beneficial to your processes.
Being upfront the position of this idea has not changed since our update last year and we want to be honest that there are no plans to develop the ability to post receive money transactions in Xero from Hubdoc.

I don't know if this answers your issue or not, but I've found that from HQ I can search for the client, click the client name, then click staff FROM THE WHITE section to the right of the client name (not the staff in the dark blue area at the very top), it does bring up all staff assigned to that client. From there, you can either add, edit, or remove in bulk. I hope that helps!
