Hi Hiten, company money transactions are recorded in the organisation as Spend money. You could run the Account Transactions report for your bank accounts, and add a filter for, or group the report by source to only see spend money transactions.
In terms of commissions, we don't have a specific feature for tracking this however you could use Tracking in Xero to set up a Tracking category and each of the employees as a tracking option on that category. This way when they are entering company money transactions you could track it back to the employee by filtering by that tracking option.

Hello everyone, thanks for your engagement and feedback regarding using labels in Xero Expenses.
We are currently reviewing all of our product ideas as part of a wider project to streamline the status of our community support on Xero Product Ideas and wanted to provide you with an update about this idea.
After reviewing this idea and our product roadmap, this feature isn't currently on our immediate plans as our development teams are focused on other core improvements across the Xero platform.
The status has now been updated to Not In Pipeline. Our product team will continue to monitor this idea and we’ll let you know if anything changes.

Hi everyone, we appreciate all the feedback and votes on this idea. We know using Microsoft Entra ID SSO is now common practice for some businesses and being able to access Xero via a native integration with Entra ID would streamline how your teams log in and get set up in Xero, as well as help in managing access for larger teams and keeping things secure.
Our product team have been working with a small limited group of Partners to develop SSO capabilities. Though we can't give any definite timelines yet, we’ll keep this thread updated with news. Thanks

Hi Xero team, we have 100 staff and 30 credit cards, we are going to pay $500 a month for the expense module which is 5x the amount we pay for the core xero software. Surely you can do the courteous thing and provide us with a some effective and easy to use simple reporting for the $500 a month we will pay to enable us to actually use the expense and get visibility over the platform feasibly without creating lots more admin work. Please Please Please resolve this.
