    Hi everyone, we totally get how automating the sending of receipts when a transaction is reconciled would free up time and the manual task involved in this activity.

    Though not in the pipeline at present, this is a feature our product team would like to explore more in the future.

    This should be looked at ASAP, a simple automation that saves time for all. Xero are really missing out on customer satisfaction by kicking this down the development list

    Would love to be able to send a receipt from the reconciliation page
    i.e as part of reconciliation process it asks send receipt and if yes it goes straight to payment transaction pop out to send receipt.
    This saves, manually noting the invoice number, searching the invoice number, opening the invoice, clicking on the payment hyperlink, selecting options, selecting send receipt the clicking to send receipt.

    Thanks everyone for your feedback on the invoice print option. We know how much our customers value efficient workflows, and appreciate you sharing your thoughts on how the current "Print PDF" button works. 

    For those of you looking for a smoother printing experience, a helpful workaround is to set your browser to automatically open PDFs in your preferred viewer after downloading. This can save you a few clicks in the process.

    In the interest of transparency, a direct print PDF functionality that go through the download step isn't in our development plans.
