Hi Sam, appreciate you sharing this idea — we understand where you're coming from.
Being able to quickly see your Xero subscription plan from within your organisation’s settings would definitely make things easier. Having to jump to a different section just to check your plan or see what features are included isn’t ideal, especially when you’re trying to make quick decisions.
At the moment, this info isn’t shown in the Organisation Settings, but you can view your plan by going to My Xero from the main menu and clicking on the Subscriptions tab. That’s where you’ll find your current plan and any add-ons.
This idea is now in the Gaining Support stage. If this change would make things simpler for you, feel free to vote or leave a comment — your feedback helps us understand what matters most and where we can improve.

I have an Individual Client (in XPM and XeroHQ). XeroHQ created a duplicate Client, but a Company, in both XeroHQ and XPM. I can't delete the duplicate that XeroHQ created. Absolutely ridiculous...

Hi everyone 👋 thanks for your feedback around the sync between Xero Practice Manager (XPM) and Xero Blue.
You may have heard our Xero’s practice tools are evolving into one seamless platform with Xero Partner Hub. With focus on this new hub at present we want to be open that there are no changes for the sync between Client in practice tools and Contacts in your Xero organisation.
This maybe something we look into in the longer term but want to be open it's not in the roadmap at present.
We'll continue to keep a close eye on the support here, and share if there's any progress.

The admin response here is very confusing. What a strange jumble of dot points.
The article linked says you can choose the option: "Every time client details are updated – Each time you update the details for a client in Practice Manager, the changes are sent to Xero automatically. Select this option if you want both systems to be in sync at all times."
I have that option selected. When I create a Client in XPM, it creates a Contact in Xero Blue. But it does not add the email address to the Xero Blue Contact. Why does the help article and admin response here, suggest it does?An error occurred while saving the comment

Xero Tax should sync the client email address (from Xero Tax/XPM) to the Practice's Blue Xero Organisation.
So simple.
