Appreciate why you may want to review a Purchase order if it has been edited once raised, Jenni.
We appreciate you taking your time to share changes that would be most meaningful to you. We'll get a sense of interest and track support your idea receives from the community.
You can find out and stay updated with all Xero releases on Xero Central.

We create one bill to reconcile against our monthly payment to our travel provider, processing it as a bill with multiple lines allows us to assign each individual cost to the relevant project which we then need to be able to easily find the relevant individual attachment for when it comes to recharging to our clients. It's usually no more than 80 attachments per bill, but allowing 100 would be better for us.

Hi community, we totally get why you'd like to easily track partially received goods or services against a single purchase order, and to see the remaining balance within Xero.
With the new Purchase orders experience that’ll be coming soon, our team has paid close attention to the flows and different needs in managing supplier goods that have been expressed through product ideas.
Our team is looking to solve needs for tracking partial amounts received, so we’ll keep you updated of progress surrounding this here. 🙂

Hi Millena, is there a specific reason you'd like to do this in the Project tabs versus in a report?
We have similar ideas for the ability to filter by status in reports so trying to understand if there are extra needs here or if we should merge your idea in with that one. Thanks🙂

Would it be possible to add the option to filter to show only items not yet marked as invoiced?
I realise that there are reports that can be run to show this but it would be handy to be able to do it from the project screen.Jenni Calder supported this idea ·

Hi everyone, we appreciate wanting the ability to assign files to the project itself. While this isn't something we have planned right now we'll keep tracking the interest through the idea here.
To highlight, though not currently available on the Project directly, it's possible to attach files to the individual transactions within a project e.g a Bill, Invoice, Spend money or Expense. i
Along with this, you may also find it useful to create folders within your Files library where you can collect all files related to a specific project for ease of reference.
Understand this isn't the ideal solution, but may help some for now 🙂

Hi everyone, while our team considered solutions in this space with other pieces of work planned there is no current development planned for adding a notes or description field within Projects at this time.
For now, as you may be aware you can add notes to the History and notes of the individual transactions within a project, or alternatively on the Contacts record.
We're continuing to watch this space and will share if there is any progress.

Realised how to do this. In the project screen, click the three dots against the item, edit, from the Charge drop-down list select Non-chargeable.
