    We have an app that can help with this called Envy Analytics, which includes theAlerts feature that sends you an email whenever there are items in the Awaiting Approval status in Xero, helping you approve or decline transactions more quickly. You can add multiple recipients, change the frequency of alerts (hourly, daily, weekly) and set up repeat alerts to ensure nothing is missed.

    The emails you receive contain hyperlinks to each document (invoice/bill/credit note) that needs actioning so that you can quickly access the document you need to deal with.
