Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback and support regarding automated payslip emails. We appreciate you sharing how this feature would improve your workflows.
The product team has reviewed this idea and confirmed that this is something they’d like to work toward in the future. Although it isn't on the roadmap yet, we've moved the status to Accepted. We'll keep you updated as things progress.
In the meantime, payslips can be emailed manually after processing each pay run. This means if you post pay runs in advance, you may still need to log back into Xero on payday to email them.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the new navigation and homepage, Louise! I've just updated the title of your idea to help other members find and we can track the interest in a Projects widget.
We also have a couple of ideas related to simplifying the layout like you mentioned, and another for bolding of the navigation headings that you may like to vote for.

As long as you are able to delete widgets and possibly change the sizing of them. It's quit overwhelming having so much data so upfront. As a small business we would only need a few of these widgets. Could you please include projects as a widget, show hours remaining on project? The extra tabs up the top will be much easier.

Schedule payslips in XERO. So you can prep a payroll for a certain date and XERO send out the payslips automatically.
