Hi Roger, thanks for the feedback on this idea. it’s clear that seeing the number of days overdue directly on the Send Statements screen would make it easier to prioritise follow-ups without interrupting your workflow.
At the moment, the Date and Due Date of each outstanding invoice are already displayed on the Send Statement screen, but having the actual days overdue visible would give immediate context and help you act faster when sending statements.
We have now move this idea to Gaining Support, which means it’s open for votes and comments. Hearing from the community will help our product teams understand how much value this visibility would add across different workflows.

Hi team, we have some updates to share. Before we dive into the details, we want to be clear that while we’re committed to monitoring, learning, and refining the Homepage, we don’t intend to return to the previous Dashboard style or its column-based widget layout.
A few months back, we rolled out several enhancements to the "Edit homepage" capability to give you better control over your layout, including:
- Widgets that remain stationary until they are dropped into a new placement
- A "shadow" preview showing exactly where a widget will be placed during drag-and-drop
- Refined animations for a much smoother visual experience
- Improved on-page guidance regarding how to save multiple layouts across different screen sizes
In addition to the existing size options for Chart of Accounts and Cash In and Out, our team is currently building smaller widget sizes for Invoices Owed to You, Bills to Pay, Chart of Account, Cash…

The idea is still open and currently gathering support on Xero Product Ideas, so we don’t have a public timeframe to share right now. Hi everyone, thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback and support this idea. We’ve taken another look here and, while we don’t have plans to develop DOCX further, we have released and are continuing to roll out our invoice editor. It’s replacing the Standard branding theme first, and from there will continue to evolve with more of the invoice customisation we know customers are looking for across things like logos, fonts and colours.
We know this won’t be the update some of you were hoping for, especially for those wanting more flexibility in how invoices look and feel. To help keep updates relevant to the specific changes being asked for, we’d really encourage you to add your vote to the ideas below, as they’re more closely related to those points:

Hi everyone, we appreciate all the feedback and votes on this idea. We know using Microsoft Entra ID SSO is now common practice for some businesses and being able to access Xero via a native integration with Entra ID would streamline how your teams log in and get set up in Xero, as well as help in managing access for larger teams and keeping things secure.
Our product team have been working with a small limited group of Partners to develop SSO capabilities. Though we can't give any definite timelines yet, we’ll keep this thread updated with news. Thanks

Thank community, we appreciate all your involvement on this idea. We understand the ability to bulk export or print attached files would be a huge time-saver, especially for year-end audits, client communication, and general record-keeping.
We’ve evaluated the complexity of this feature against other priorities on our roadmap. Atm, this isn't in our plans however we'd like to explore bulk downloading of files from Xero in the longer term. I'll share an update when we're able to give more attention to this, here.
For the meantime if this is essential for you right now, you may like to explore third-party integrations through our Xero app store which could meet your needs here.

So it's been 12 years since this product idea was raised, how on earth are we now in 2026 and lacking such a basic feature. SAML 2.0 is critical for businesses to meet security standards such as the Cyber Essentials set out by the National Cyber Security Centre. We need a update from yourself Kelly to confirm the expected implementation of this - if this is not a priority I can bet Xero will be losing a LOT of customers.
