Hi everyone, thank you for your continued feedback. We appreciate you sharing how important selecting multiple employees is for you when running payroll reports.
The good news is our product team has reviewed this idea and agrees it is a valuable addition to Xero. We have updated the status to Accepted.
This feature is not currently on our immediate development roadmap, however by accepting it we are formally adding it to our backlog for consideration.
We will keep tracking interest here and update you as soon as we have news.

Thanks for your support and joining in this idea. We get the challenges involved in manually chasing up employees to complete timesheets each pay period.
Although it's not the integrated solution you’re looking for, you could look to set up recurring calendar events or using external communication tools to prompt your team members.
We want to be transparent that we don't have any plans for adjusting the existing notifications for timesheets.
We'll continue to monitor this idea, and should our priorities shift in the future we'll let everyone know here.

This is critical since the 'New Timesheet Experience' has removed the ability to view/print all notes for the working week, rather 1 only at a time as the view notes is now a drop down button that closes when you open the next days notes.
Come on Xero, simply add the option of a new column being 'notes' to the Payroll reports
