AU Payroll - Calculate the length of service
Under the field "start date" have Xero automatically calculate their total length of service to the current date, and under the field "end date" once an employee is terminated, calculate their total overall service.
This would save the user from needing to manually calculating the service for notice periods, redundancy payments and long service leave in some states.

Think this is a great idea. Would also be good to have an option to be able to enter a "service break" period which reduces the length of service. I've work at places where people have had significant time off without pay (6-12 months) which would reduce the length of service calculation particularly for LSL
