Create a report to show all payslips for an employee for a given time period. Currently these have to be downloaded one by one.

Hey community, 👋 thanks for all your support on this idea, I’m pleased to let you know that this has been delivered for UK Payroll initially! It includes the ability to select the date range you’re interested in, and check boxes to either select all results or multiple. Then you can download your selection as a single PDF of multiple payslips.
For users in AU and NZ we know this is a highly anticipated feature, however to be open this is not any immediate plans for those teams so we’ll leave this idea open. While we appreciate it doesn’t help employers needing bulk downloads, employees can be invited into the Xero Me portal to self-serve payslip collection.

Thank you for the update, however the employee being able to download their payslips is irrelevant.
It is the employer that has to download all payslips each quarter, and submit for each apprentice. It cant come from or be lodged by employee. -

You've missed the point of this functionality being essential to small businesses - especially with apprentice rebates - the employer is required to submit theses details, not the employee.
I have a client with over 20 apprentices and quarterly claims to be submitted. This equates to - at a minimum - 20*14 = 280 payslips that i have to manually download every quarter.Your 'Building on Beautiful' has not enhanced the functionality of this platform - instead it has made it less functional, tabbing through data input areas and dropdown menus (ie. contacts, employees) now requires you to click the mouse on most field and dropdowns. This is not an improvement or an efficiency.

Hi Ethan and Xero
I think you've misunderstood the problem.
Employers need a report of payslips covering the full quarter (usually) as they have to provide this to ADMS to claim Apprenticeship rebates.
Downloading payslips one by one is a huge waste of time, especially knowing that MYOB and Quickbooks/Keypay can do this in one step.
Employees cannot do this for themselves. Xero Me is not a solution.
Please reconsider.

It is very time consuming to have to download payslips one by one especially when clients need them for large periods of time for instances such as workers compensation claims. A bulk report is possible in other payroll programs and seems such a logical option for xero to include. Very suprised it is not an option already with xero!

Essential. Please implement this function.

Absolutely pathetic that this is not a standard feature. MYOB, Quicken, NetSuite etc. Every other platform I use has this as a standard feature. Get your act together Xero !!!!!

This function is absolutely basic. Xero, you need to add this function NOW!!!!
I have been asked by an employee to give them the past 3 months of pay slips. Most lenders require this from borrowers. Now its going to personally take me hours to do what should be a ten second transaction! -

Very needed for Apprentices, please consider

This is required for apprentice schemes. Very necessary to do

Here is my "personal hello"reply from CEO, I'm not holding out any hope for a response.

I don't know if everyone got the "personal note to say hello" from the new CEO, Sukhinder Singh Cassidy.
Perhaps an email to her direct ceo@xero.com to express our frustrations with the lack of response and action to this might do something. Probably not, but worth a try. I am emailing now. -

think this has been going on for enough time for Xero to have done something about it? is there a reason is it not happening that we don't know about?? Come on Xero talk to your subscribers :-
-
Jeffrey Cohen commented
Maybe we should all refuse to pay our subscriptions.
That will get their attention!! -

Have commented regularly on this request and find it difficult to understand why XERO provides no comment or update to the many requests and comments to users.
This is very real and required report in Australia, and shouldn’t be difficult to provide. Anyone with access and system knowledge can pull a report from any system. Why is this not given priority? -
Mel Goodin commented
In my previous administration role, we had apprentices.
To be able to claim the apprentice rebate, we regularly had to supply 3-6 months of pay slips in one document as supporting evidence. This would be required by every employer Australia wide, who employ apprentices.
Downloading payslips one by one is extremely painful and time consuming.
Prior to tswitching to Xero, we used MYOB and could create this supporting document in 5 secs. Not hours later. -

This is required every quarter for every apprentice. Individual payslips are required each week for each employee, then need to be attached to NSW apprenticeship claim form. Very time consuming to manually download, save then attach each individual payslip for each apprentice. thanks Kylie

I am tempted to unsubscribe from receiving emails as it is getting to be just as much a waste of time reading our frustrations as it is printing the payslips. However, supposedly "the squeaky wheel gets the oil" ... pffft
This has been an ongoing issue - flagged as Critical.
Xero has given ZERO response to anyone, and obviously have spent ZERO time looking into this. VERY FRUSTRATING that there should be so many subscribers screaming out for this "seemingly" SIMPLE REPORT and yet "crickets" from Xero and this lip service "Product Ideas" facility is useless. -
