It would be useful if a Xero Me App - Approver had the ability to view a break down of the hours an employee works across the week (not just the total hours worked) before approving the timesheet. I see there is a lot of support for adding start & finish times and break times in the Xero Me App and this would be an extension of that.

Definitely wish we could see the start and end time of an employees shift as opposed to just how many hours they work. We no longer allow our employees to enter their own hours as l can’t see what they have worked.

I have authorised my area managers to review and approve timesheets as I am not on site to know start and end times for all employees.
Giving my managers this approval has not been as much benefit as I had hoped as they are unable to see the start and end times the employees have submitted.
How can they be expected to approve a timesheet that they cannot see the full details.
Please review this as I will have to move timesheets to an alternate app if Xero cannot provide we we need.

Can we please have an update on this? We will have to move to an app like deputy which will add more organisational overhead and also be too technical than what Xero currently provides, but we see no alternative.

This function is critical to many businesses. I don't want to give full access to bank accounts etc. to managers that just need to approve timesheets. Please amend asap. Thanks.

And in the app, they don't even see that. All the supervisor sees are total hours for each week. Please give full view of what was entered to the authoriser.

AU Payroll: authorised employees can view start/end times of timesheet.

It's great we have rolled out start and end time into Xero timesheets on the app. They look great and function well.

We have employees authorised to approve timesheets, but when looking at Xero Me we only see the hours worked. It would enhance the managers experience to be able to see the start and end times and break as well.

At the moment the payroll admin can see this just in Xero.

Ability for the approver to view the complete time sheet they are approving. For example if my supervisor who doesn't have xero access approves a timesheet they cant view the actual start and finish times or notes added. Senseless they cant view what they are approving.....

I don't want to give them full xero access as they will be able to see other employees sensitive information.

Xero Me has the ability for staff to enter there timesheets using start time and end time. This is great because staff have different times every week.
However, the problem arises that the person approving the timesheets cannot see the start and end times on the Xero Me app. If we require staff to enter timesheets with start and end times I would like the ability to see these on the app also please. The only way to see the times is by logging into xero on a computer. But this may not always be possible for the person approving the timesheets.

Yes, please get this updated as soon as possible.

When can we expect this to take effect please.

I agree - Supervisors and Team Leaders can't see what the start and finish times are prior to approving. Isn't what the idea of it is meant to be?
